Does anyone know how to move or even disable the location of voting?

I mean moving or disabling the center vote pop-up.

I don't believe that is currently possible without some client side quake c (CSQC). The command used is the infamous (read: ANNOYING AS HELL) function, centerprint.

most of the time i dont get annoyed i either just let the vote run out if i dont want to vote i dont think that it truly is annoying
