Is there any way that there could be a NN LMS server? I really miss LMS with hook like the one Galt used to have up and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that misses it.

LMS is up. I'll tweak it some more (add votes and such) in a few days. I just need to finish up school :).

Can team balancing be turned on on the CTF Light server? With a server that supports such a large capacity of people, it's common to see games with 10v6 or something similar, and the server complaining about it never seems to sway people. The variable's g_balance_teams_force.

sad to see LMS is already gone :( . oh well, guess those days have passed. i tried to get games going there a few times but no one would ever join.

yeah... it wasn't getting enough attention and was lagging the other servers so I opted to take it down... I'll make it votable on dojo in the future.

I don't like the gameplay changes on the new servers, but I must admit that they seem to ping incredibly well for a lot of people (under 15ms for myself) and do not feel muddy at all (in comparison to galts especially).

Gameplay will be perfected (whatever that is) in time. The management of the servers, the scripts that run them, their configurations and the map repository are higher priority than peeves about the servers. I've been collecting complaints (though not always through mediums I prefer), observing game play and will eventually run statistics. The svn weapons are in there to let everyone have a little fun with these new toys. They are not permenant and I've already lower the ratio of the hook and porto spawns. DivVerent has been working on further balancing the weapons and as for the caps/points system. Don't expect anything _much_ different. DivVerent has also set a similar system up as the new default. 7 caps and 12 minutes are my doing, I'm not sure what the defaults for these are.

It's better to be positive about this evolution and make suggestions in a professional and friendly way because I'm open to ideas.
